Here's a brief description of my two most recent financial roles.

grupo INTERprotección

Chief Financial Officer (2014-Present): Beyond general responsibilities around financial reporting, projections and oversight, I implemented international accounting standards (IFRS); established Cost Center (CoCen), Oracle accounting suite (EBS) and Commitment Control (KK). Designed and implemented a Data Distribution Center through a Business Intelligence Platform (BI) that monitors Key Performance Indicators to evaluate the companies performance in real-time. Finally, I led the debt-issuance process and launch of the IPO in the Mexican Stock Market and negotiated and carried out various long- and short-term credit loans and a syndication loan resulting in improved rate and terms.

Grupo sportsworld

Director of Financial Planning and Strategy (2008-2014): I spearheaded several technology projects to integrate financial strategies with operational and growth strategies within the company. This led to the successful implementation of a Business Intelligence platform, an innovative two-way communication model with customers to measure the customer service satisfaction ratio as well as Marketing Intelligence platform. I co-participated in the IPO process for the Mexican Stock Market.
